The PH-1400 analyzer:

PH-1400 pH analyzer

Our products: pH, ORP and sedimentation rate analyzers.

Below is a brief description of our products. For more information of our products, click on the industry, or go to the download page.

“PH-1400”, the pH analyzer for general use and process solutions with sulphuric acid.

Our pH analyzers have high accuracy, high long-term accuracy and the lifetime of the electrodes are very long, many months or even years. The reference electrode is never poisoned and the pH electrode surface is kept clean by an advanced cleaning system.
Other systems require frequent calibrations, however, this only disguise the problem, the problem of low accuracy persists. A short lifetime of the electrodes or combination electrode is a also a symptom of low average accuracy, making process optimization impossible.
The PH-1400 analyzer measures the pH value of the solution discontinuously. Since the cycle time is very short the measurement can be used as a continuous measurement. The analyzer is a complete working unit for sampling, measuring and cleaning of the electrodes. The analyzer has 4-20 mA output, alarm output, a remote start stop input and a Modbus RTU computer interface.

Function:
The instrument sucks a sample from the process, to a measuring cell, where the pH is measured. Then the sample is returned to the process. The instrument then sucks up 4 ml of a suitable detergent, for instance acid, from a detergent container. The frequency of washing with detergent is programmable. The dose is measured, and the instrument gives a warning if no detergent (acid) is available. The dose can be adjusted. The electrodes are sprayed with this solution from a powerful spray nozzle underneath, and afterwards the electrodes are sprayed with water from the same nozzle. Then the cycle repeats itself.

Modes of operation

  • Normal: The instrument is running continuously.
  • For batch processes: A Modbus start command or a 24 volt signal starts the analyzers and the analyzer runs continuously until a stop command or a 0 volt signal is received, then the current cycle is finished, and the analyzer stops.
  • Fixed intervals; the instrument executes one cycle for instance every 10 minutes.

The analyzer is designed for measuring the pH of solutions with high solid content and very high temperatures.

The PH-1500 analyzer:

PH-1500 pH analyzer

“PH-1500”, the pH analyzer for extremely corrosive solutions.

The PH-1500 analyzer is designed for extremely corrosive solutions such as for instance process solution with a high content of hydrochloric acid.

The analyzer is used to measure pH in the range -1 to 14 pH units.

The analyzer functions in the same way as the PH-1400 analyzer. The difference is that the metal parts that are in contact with the solution are made of noble metals while the PH-1400 uses the SS316L.

The PH-1600 analyzer:

PH-1600 pH analyzer

“PH-1600”, a unique pH analyzer for saturated or near saturated solutions.

The pH analyzer dilutes the sample and measures the pH of saturated or near saturated solutions. Saturated solutions have profound influence on the pH electrode response. For this reason dilution of process fluids before measurement is a necessity.  It is the only analyzer that provides measurements with high and very long long-term accuracy in saturated solutions. The analyzers do not require frequent calibration and the lifetime of the electrodes are very long, many months or even years. PH-1600 is an automatic on-line pH analyzer with an advanced system for cleaning of the electrodes. The pH value of the solution is measured discontinuously. Since the cycle time is very short the measurement can be used as a continuous measurement. The analyzer is a complete working unit for sampling, dilution, measuring and cleaning of the electrodes. The analyzer has 4-20 mA output, alarm output, a remote start stop input and a Modbus RTU computer interface.

Function:
The analyzer sucks up a sample from the process. Then the analyzer dilutes the sample using hot or cold water, but preferably a little hotter or the same temperature as the process solution. Then the pH is measured. The sample is returned to the process. Then the analyzer sucks up a fixed, adjustable amount of washing detergent, most often an acid. The electrodes are sprayed with this solution. After a pause the electrodes are sprayed with hot or cold water. Then the washing water is returned to the process and the cycles starts again.

The ASRM-1300 automatic sedimentaion rate measuring station:

ASRM-1300
ASRM Measurement

“ASRM-1300”, the automatic sedimentation rate measuring station for sedimentation and precipitation processes
ASRM-1300 is an automatic on-line sedimentation rate meter. The ASRM-1300 measures the time required for the sample to become clear or translucent down to a fixed (adjustable) distance beneath the surface. The instrument gives you a unique possibility for process optimizing, because it measures the response to changes in settling properties so rapidly and automatically. A manual sample is not the same, it is not possible to replicate an automatic measurement because the manual measurement is depending of how accurate the operator is.
This is truly an early warning system for any oncoming process difficulties. The instrument is a complete working unit for sampling, measuring and washing of the cell. It has 4-20 mA output and Modbus RTU computer interface.
The sample is usually taken from a tank, launder or pipe, before the thickener or filtration station, but after the addition of flocculant, if used.

Function:

The instrument sucks a sample from the process, to a measuring cell (cylinder), where the required time for settling is measured. The sample is then returned to the process. Then the instrument sucks up a dose of the detergent, for instance an acid, from a container and sprays the detergent into the cylinder. Then the cylinder is washed with water, and the cycle is repeated. The frequency of washing with detergent is programmable.

Modes of operation

  • Normal: The instrument is running continuously.
  • For batch processes: A Modbus start command or a 24 volt signal starts the analysers and the analyser runs continuously until a stop command or a 0 volt signal is received, then the current cycle is finished, and the analyser stops.
  • Fixed intervals; the instrument executes one cycle for instance every 10 minutes.

The analyzer is designed for measuring the sedimentation rate of solutions with high solid content and very high temperatures.

The ORP-1400 analyzer:

ORP-1400 REDOX analyzer

ORP-1400”, the ORP (REDOX) analyzer for general use and process solutions with sulphuric acid.

Our ORP analyzers have high accuracy and the lifetime of the electrodes are very long, many months or even years. The reference electrode is never poisoned and the ORP electrode surface is kept clean by an advanced cleaning system.
Other systems require frequent calibrations, however, this only disguise the problem, the problem of low accuracy persists. A short lifetime of the electrodes or combination electrode is a symptom of low average accuracy, making process optimization impossible.
The PH-1400 analyzer measures the ORP value of the solution discontinuously. Since the cycle time is very short, the measurement can be used as a continuous measurement. The analyzer is a complete working unit for sampling, measuring and cleaning of the electrodes. The analyzer has 4-20 mA output, alarm output, a remote start stop input and a Modbus RTU computer interface.

Function:
The instrument sucks a sample from the process, to a measuring cell, where the ORP is measured.
