Process description:
In a string of three tanks, residue (filter cake) from the filter presses in the purification steps is solved in spent acid.
The pH value is measured in the two first tanks. The pH values are adjusted automatically with two PID controllers and two valves which adds spent acid.

pH range : 2-2.5 pH. Flow: 3 m³/h. Tanks: 3 tanks each with a capacity of 40 m³. Number of analyzers: 2
